Sub Lieutenant Marcos Pitabas Sasmal is a clearance diver, 1st class saturation diver, Marine Commando, parachutist, and Chariot Pilot and Co-Pilot trainer in the Indian Navy. He has been honored with the President's award thrice during his service for his excellent work done for the nation. Upon completing 35 years of superannuation from the above prestigious service, he retired. Presently, he serves as Treasurer & the Chief Instructor of OYA.
