Dr. Sabir Bux, a three-time Limca Book of Records holder and international rescue diver. is the founder member of the Kalinga Divers Foundation Trust and OYA. Since its inception in 2007, KDF has been at the forefront of promoting water sports in Odisha. Dr. Bux's expertise in rescue operations was recognized when he successfully led his Uttar Pradesh SDRF Police team, earning him an honorary Doctorate Degree from the American Royal University.
